For the past three decades, I dedicated my life to ticking off every box  on the checklist in the video below. Only to discover that, in the end,  the video's predictions were remarkably accurate.    After all my exhausting efforts of building everything to perfection, how  dare it fall apart? I have come to realize that perfection is an illusion.  Throughout my time in the relationship, I often felt unheard. My ex  would brush aside my ideas, but if the same ideas were presented to  him from a man, he took notice and would act upon it. This recurring  pattern made me feel belittled, as if my words fell on deaf ears. I later  realized how this was definitely a man thing!  Never let a man steal your vitality and youth.
