Here's the truth ladies



For the past three decades, I dedicated my life to ticking off every box on the checklist in the video below. Only to discover that, in the end, the video's predictions were remarkably accurate. 
 
After all my exhausting efforts of building everything to perfection, how dare it fall apart? I have come to realize that perfection is an illusion. 

Throughout my time in the relationship, I often felt unheard. My ex would brush aside my ideas, but if the same ideas were presented to him from a man, he took notice and would act upon it. This recurring pattern made me feel belittled, as if my words fell on deaf ears. I later realized how this was definitely a man thing! 

Never let a man steal your vitality and youth. Your time and energy are precious, and once lost, they cannot be reclaimed.

How the hell did I get here? My childhood was perfect, or at least as perfect as one could ask for. My youthful eyes looked upon the world in wonder. My young spirit embraced all the possibilities the world had to offer. Like a treasure box begging to be open, I wanted it all! Everything was ours for the taking. A tiny, squeaky voice slipped beneath my blanket, claiming to be my dearest friend. This elusive, unseen imp moved swiftly throughout my home, creating chaos and turning my family against each other. Yes, you are indeed a short sneaky little dwarf who danced on the edge of danger, whispering into my children’s ears leading my loved ones astray. Even after seeking forgiveness at the church, you persisted in abusing my trust, going so far as to sleeping in my bed.
